Nutrition

We are what we eat! Good nutrition improves the quality of your physical and mental health.

The most suitable diet for the human body is the vegetarian diet, since the essential foods are vegetables, fruits, grains, and nuts.

According to the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, vegans and vegetarians have a lower risk of developing vascular disease, cancer and diabetes than those who eat meat, and they also have less difficulty controlling their weight.

With the COVID pandemic – which began in a meat market in China – more and more people realize that meat is polluted and not fit for human consumption. For more information visit this link:

How many patients have I known who are in burn-out!!

Humans are not robots, we need to rest every 7 days!

When we rest, our physical and mental functions are restored, memory is improved, and our brain clears.

After rest we can concentrate more easily and our immune system is strengthened.

We spend a third of our lives sleeping! And sleep is the greatest ally to manage stress! It is important to get 7 to 9 hours of proper sleep based in your individual needs.

This is the key to success in life!

Having a spiritual life gives meaning to our existence and provides the answers that so many humans want to know.

Remember what gives meaning to your existence: your beliefs, the love of your loved ones, your friends, and mental and spiritual peace.
